Information collected
Blacksite processes account identity supplied by the sign-in provider, checkout contact details, order and transaction records, seller messages, support requests, and security metadata needed to operate and protect the service.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, create and fulfill orders, deliver transactional emails, provide support, enforce seller access, prevent abuse, and maintain administrative audit records.
Sharing and retention
Order information is available only to the customer, the fulfilling seller, and authorized platform administrators as required for service delivery. Records are retained for operational, security, dispute, and legal purposes.
Your choices
Contact Blacksite to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some transaction and audit records may need to be retained.
